These are the terms for using this website. Each app we publish has its own terms, shown inside the app and on its own site.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share anything on scrillacraft.com. You may not copy our name, logo or writing to present yourself as us, and you may not use the site to attack it or anyone else.

What we promise, and what we do not

We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Project descriptions say what a project does today, and plans marked "next" are plans, not promises. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or medical advice. dus10dex in particular is a private tool built for our own desk and is not an investment service, a recommendation or an offer of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, Scrilla Craft LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on anything on it.

Links to other sites

The site links to pages we run elsewhere, such as dus10.xyz and exdex.app, and to a few outside sites. Outside sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Names and marks

Scrilla Craft, the element-tile logo, ExDex, Many Eyes, dus10dex and Locus are names and marks of Scrilla Craft LLC or its collaborators. Other names on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe what things work with.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute about them is handled in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
